yes mate control arms/ wishbones, i had them on my D5 previously and they just felt a bit more positive in the corners and braking. admittedly i just got the hardrace bushes on there own and fitted them to m original arms. this time i couldn't be arsed cutting, burning, pressing and hammering for hours, cleaning everything up and painting them so got them ready done. as for the oe ones the rubber are quite a bit softer. my T5 had new Volvo ones fitted 18 months ago and if you get some one to drive at parking speeds and break you will see the front wheel move backwards in the arch. the stiffer bushes have no noticeable movement. that constant movement back and fourth under braking can contribute to inner tyre wear. hope that makes sense. i should have videoed it to demonstrate. i did have a video of the same thing on my monaro but cant find that either, funnily enough that had a similar set up and an oil filled rear bush.
