considering the repair bill if it fails, I think the dealers are getting money for those who believe the dealers are just getting money from you! Around 3.5k it fails, thats with an Indie, I've seen receipts from dealers in excess of 6k to repair it if it fails.

we've seen lots of these fail. we tend to recommend to change the aux belt & tensioner every 3 years.

mine is coming up to 6 years now, will be getting it done if we are out of lockdown when its due, having the hybrid 2.4 means the kit is really expensive too
