You could try disconnecting the hose and blowing through the suspecting nozzle to clear any blockages while it's still in place.

If it were me, I'd undo the hose to the suspecting nozzle under the bonnet (easily pulls off) then try get the nozzle out. Run it under a tap in both directions. I'd then try blowing through it and try the system again.

I'd be sure to check the pipework leading to the nozzle too. Perhaps try triggering the windscreen washer with the hose disconnected and see if water flows through easily. If not the hose might have a blockage too. Shouldn't be toooo difficult to get out I wouldn't imagine. Or you could just try blowing through it! haha
