Post Script - we have our XC60 T8 back! We love this car. Volvo finally elected to replace the entire battery and system board. It took the engineers three weeks for them to come to this decision. Shame on them for taking so long. That is the only black spot on this incident. The local dealership handled the situation with poise and professionalism. Incident is closed.
