Unhappy P10108 Code and Cylinders 2 through 5 misfiring

My 2006 XC90 2.5T threw a P10108 Code yesterday and started to run really rough. I cleared the code and it then threw a bunch of cylinder misfiring codes Cylinders 2 through 5 and ran even rougher. Cylinder one was the only one not sending a misfire code.

The P10108 code is "Manifold Air Pressure (MAP) Barometric Pressure Sensor Circuit High Voltage Input"

I replaced the MAP with a known good one and nothing changed. I checked the coils and plugs and all looked and functioned fine. The misfires are on 2 through 5. Their plugs looked dry and the cylinders looked wet. I have had a MAF code on the car for a few months. Could that now be causing all the misfires? I have a known good MAF that I will try tomorrow.

Has anyone experienced this in the past or have any ideas of what to do next??
