I had the same problem on my C70 2000'.
It was after reading this forum that I've realized that I have put a coin over the ones that are on the slotted holes in the coin holder. That extra coin was oscillating when there were big trucks or quads passing nearby, and causing the alarm to trip the siren off.

It was very good to find this thread, and some others with similar clues about the coins.
