Under the front left hand seat.
Note that the hard drive contains the operating system, you cannot fit an empty drive.
It has to be formated and loaded before you fit it.
And it is a special extra robust drive, with special OS.
Other users have successfully fitted hard drives from nav drives purchased from a wrecker...
Whatever you do do not discard your nav unit. It has an eprom that is coded to your car.... so you can swap DVD drive and harddrive, but you must retain your motherboard
