I can only vouch for febi on a renault, but I decided around 6 years ago that the original wishbones should be replaced as a balljoint was worn on one and they were original (reanault branded, made by febi) from 2001, bushes were still servicable! Replaced with febi, still going strong 6 years later. I must add that although a Scenic is not a sports car, I have always driven it like one, on lots of bumpy roads, its taken the family camping to wales/cornwall fully laden inc roofbox, and so-on...
Also FAI IME are good. I had a Citroen ZX which eat bushes, had a bump 1 year after FAI fitted, one arm got bent at the P bush pin, bushes still good. Replaced that with various budget items every year before mot as they were dead by then. FAI on other side lasted 4 years+ until car was scrapped.
