Hi, newbie here.
I’m just thinking of buying a 2016-19 V40 D2.
My wife wants to go with an automatic transmission but I’m concerned with many reports of issues with the powershift DCT450, apparently often caused though neglect of regular fluid/filter changing and town/aggressive driving.
Any thoughts or suggestions would be much appreciated; we test drove a lovely manual version today and we have definitely decided on this model. I’m just concerned about the automatic as one of the main reasons for going with Volvo is long term reliability.
