Mission accomplished. Very gentle rubbing with 1000 wet7dry with oil.refitted,still a bit tight then some more GENTLY refit and torqued up.Now OK
As soon as I had originally fitted number four in block I new that something wasn't quite right.Now there is just the right amount of drag,relative to when I fitted new rings on B20. BTW plenty of assembly grease
