Hmmmmmmmmmmm, ideas!

You have enough spare standard ARBs floating around to try a double ARB set-up front and rear - more cost-effective and possibly better results than the IPD ones.

I'd be tempted to do that first before adding the -40mm springs, you may be pleasantly surprised and it'll retain the ride quality. You will however have to dump those horrible Nivo things that don't work and fit normal springs and dampers. Fitting springs that are extra hard (and lowered) and stiffer ARBs could in fact reduce the roadholding and compromise the ride quality, especially with how bad the roads are these days.
