I do now have a mk1 IRS car here to work out rear coilovers on.
For ride comfort and handling I would rather stiffer springs rather than thicker anti roll bars.
As to the double anti roll bars to get the same roll stiffness as the single 25mm ARB you would need 2x 21mm or 3x 19mm bars
