Default E10 Fuel is coming

There is an interesting article written by John Neilson in the Volvo Driver magazine this month,on the subject.
This fuel with 10% ethanol will become the standard grade fuel in the UK next year.
In the article it states " Volvo cars are cleared for E10 in all Volvo cars with petrol engines introduced to the market since 1976....".
What is the situation with B18 and B20 engined cars?
What is the situation for the above cars that had had a lead free conversion?
Owners with cars in France, Germany, Belgium and USA may have experience to shine on this subject.....
