I'm not understanding your focus on fuel starvation.
You have good injector performance, no starting problems and no fuel related fault codes.
If you ran live data showing fuel pressure at idle and through the rev range, I'm sure that would further support this view.
You do however have large arrows pointing at air pressure anomalies both with the engine off and on.
These wouldn't be caused by a foreign body in the fuel tank.
I would always follow the data and the possible causes especially given how your garage experience has already shown you how not to approach the problem.
Just my opinion.
