Sorry for the late response but I had a family emergency and have been away from home.

To answer your question.
The later XC60 has a different offset (ET50.5), whereas this wheel has a ET55 offset. This means the wheel will be 4.5mm further away from the suspension strut, or to look at it another way, 4.5mm closer to the wheel arch.
Apart from that it is the same width and centre hole size.

As a spare wheel the offset difference should be OK.
