I've been given a loan car each time so that's not a problem. It's still not resolved so I don't know exactly, it makes a horrendous grinding noise at motorway speeds, I've been told it's maybe the suspension but is safe to drive.
I guess I'm asking because my complaint isn't necessarily with the dealer, they aren't really at fault for what Volvo manufactured and delivered them. But you're right. Feels weird to complain to a dealer but not about anything they've strictly done themselves!
