I guess I'm asking because my complaint isn't necessarily with the dealer, they aren't really at fault for what Volvo manufactured and delivered them. But you're right. Feels weird to complain to a dealer but not about anything they've strictly done themselves!

The best way is to leave the car with them for a few days until they can fix it ,
is it easy to reproduce I wonder , Is it related to suspension going up and down? speed?
