While it's possible that the dealership have been in touch with Volvo technical about this issue there is a chance they haven't.I'd e-mail Volvo outlining the issue and what has so far been done,how many times it's been looked at etc.Explain you don't have an issue with the dealerships attempt to resolve it and see what they come back to you with.It could be an issue they're aware of[although I'd have thought that then would be subject of a recall]or they could be totally unaware of any issues as no one has told them.Keep it polite and don't demand things but stress it's spoiling your enjoyment of and confidence in the car.They may just come up with something to resolve this to everyones satisfaction.
