New vacuum pump, new engine mounts , new tcv , new boost solenoid, new pipes apart from the one that goes from the solenoid to the actuator.

Car still drives like N/A.

Smoke coming from dipstick , oil getting past the filler cap.

Popping noise is still present.

Should i bin it??
