Have you got a similat thread on the TR´s restore?
Thank... I loved the 1976 TR6 also... It was really just a freshen up, it only had less than 40,000 miles on it and had been sitting for 1981. Here are a couple of pictures. This car was literally a strip down and shoot.. Absolutley no rust, and everything on the car worked. I bought the car for a 1000 dollars from a young guy that couldnt get it running.. It only needed a battery and the point contacts were corroded.. Of course, I replaced all the hoses, seals, fuel pump, gaskets, brakes, ect.. The interior was completely factory and in great shape, so I only replaced the dash pad, and carpet.
