The stalling issue is fixed!
Big thank you to the chap who suggested the waste gate actuator. That was part of the issue. The other was the vac line from the turbo recirc valve (on the turbo housing) firstly it was too long a line going to a vacuum block on other sid of engine via everywhere and then I found it had melted on the exhaust but basically the major issue was the waste gate position.
