Thanks for the replies, Dave you are very helpful as always 😊. Sounds a fairly simple procedure, as regards to legality I hadn't even considered it. The laws on car seats now are so complicated. However I would imagine that legally they should be ok to use. Like you say really old cars dont even have seat belts...
