My Dad fitted a set to our 740 when we were kids. Great fun sitting in the back looking out when going on holiday etc.
Not sure how safe they are in the event of a rear end collision though.
From what I remember it’s a case of removing trim and fitting the seatbelts then bolting the seats in and you are away!
