As said ^^^^. The 3rd row of seats fit without any drilling etc.
All you need is the 'alternative' plastic vent fitting to accept the seat belt strap. All the holes/threaded nuts are already built in. You may have to pierce the trim in a couple of places to find them!
Just make sure you get EVERYTHING needed off the donor or you can get stuck. Later 745/earlier 940 seats with arm rests are better than the later ones without.
