Ok so as yours has no sunroof you can "canibalize" the white connector

So leave in the connector the wires at position 5 and 2 as they are.
From position 5 connect a wire also to position 4.

Connect a wire to position 3 and a second to 6 and bring the end of the wires under the steering column near the 3 big connectors.

There you need to connect them according to my scheme depending to what model year your car is (prior to 96 or newer).

Try first if it works without cuting the wire, on some models it worked like that.

If it will not LOCK then you need to cut
Thanks Cristian that makes it a lot clearer now,

one last question when connecting position 5 and 4 is it necessary to terminate wire 4 completely and join straight to wire 5 or can you leave it intact to the existing car wiring and just splice a new piece of wire between 4 and 5, this way making the modification easily reversible (am i making sense?)
