Right so just to finish this thread off, I ordered the leak off pipe set from FRF Swansea Volvo, and its a replacement part they dont make the old leak off lines anymore.
The only way I could remove the old ones was to cut them off, their utter crap. thankfully the replacement part is much better its routed different to the old one and requires a different clip.
whats more my friend only had one injector leaking so only replaced the sealing washer on one injector, since this another has started leaking so its definitely worth changing them all in one go.
