I have never been charged by any dealer for a loan car, Peugeot, Citroen, Toyota, Land Rover or Volvo.

I have just had my second service on my XC60 and was given a V40 as a loaner, and for the first time I was given the option of insuring against having to pay the £500 excess in the event of an accident. I declined the offer, I think the cost was £12.
