I think one of the key questions you need to answer OP is how much power/lag you are after.
For instance i swapped my 13c for a 15g and saw almost no increase in lag but a nice bump in power as it was blowing less hot air at 14psi.
Once you have an idea as to the power you are after - low lag daily driver vs laggy drag beast - have a look at the compressor maps for the td04 series (the mitusbishi code for our turbos, incidentally the same ones used on a lot of subarus) and try to find the smallest one that will give you the flow you need - this will minimise lag. There are even some online tools that can work out the flow (normally in cfm) you need based on your capacity, target boost pressure and target rpm - our requirements are very different from people who turbo vtechs with their 9k rpm limit.
For my 2p's worth the 15 or 16 is the sweet spot for daily driving unless you have a lot of further mods, esp to your fuelling. A 15g can run the stock injectors pretty much to max.
Also somethng to check, what injectors came on the b200? They may have lower flow than the b230 ones so swapping to them may be a useful mod with the bigger blower.
Also while everything is apart i'd do some porting on the exhaust manifold (the collector where the turbo bolts on has a lot of excess material). There was also a fair bit that could be taken out of the turbine housing where it met the down pipe but not sure how many people are willing to take a grinder to a new turbo.
I always thing flow matching and light porting is the best way to get 'free' power - aside from the cost of the tools if you don't have them :-P
Anyway long and short - ask as many questions as possible, read as many books/sites/articles as you can and spent the money once. Plus people on here know LOADS! I have learnt so much from perusing these pages... The great thing about a community this size is if you are thinkng of it the odds are soemone has already been there done it got the t-shirt (and spilt oil on it)!
