A little update. The kit I purchased from ebay was waste of time. It worked fine for a while, but in under two months there was so much air in the fuel line the car wouldn't start. The membrane was broken and deformed. Clearly unsuitable material. Got my money back, though. So I put the thing back together with the old membrane since there were no holes in it. Maybe it has hardened a bit but with some of that silicone seems to work for now.
Then another thing got me wondering. Every time the AC compressor turns on, it really feels when driving. I don't think it has been this clear before. Should I get worried?
