Edit: Here's a link to 7/900 series piston. It says restricted on engine type but shouldn't they all be the same piston for the B230 engines except high compression for the N/A engines and low compression on the turbo engines.
It would be best to contact them and ask if the piston will work for a B230ET.
You can also get oversize pistons.
