Think the wise option from all the replies is to get it into a specialist who should know the magic answer. Might be that all the bushings replaced, despite the expense, maybe the better option. I did like the idea of the subframe inserts but it didn't come out of the factory like that and the bushings were designed to behave in a certain way!

It's going in this Tuesday!
