My air con is noisy it's sounds like a bearing rough sort noise from the drivers seat and can hear a whine at certain speeds. The noise/whine disappears as soon as the air con is switched off.

The noise almost sounds like is from behind the dashboard, had the system re gassed so not low on gas. When I switch air con on you can sometimes here a sort of whooshing gurgling noise from behind the dash.
