I would strongly suggest you give try giving Simon a ring on their dedicated numbers 01792 790066 &/or 01792 784272 and quote C for the discount.
IMHO whilst I've never yet had a problem with FRF over the last ten years that I have been buying Volvo parts from them I
always ring them quoting C and you'll get the discount, plus given their throughput you might well wait a few days before you get a web based response - a phone call takes a few seconds and ALWAYS gets their attention and the required result
