I think I've sort of found my answer, so put it here to help others ...

It's got a link to a pdf which decodes the suspension code for an earlier format, so it "might" work for the X40 models.

I've attached the pdf here too.

It seems that 2BV2BX could mean ...

Front spring struts = 2B = dynamic
Front anti roll bar = V = 19 dia = Comfort, Dynamic or Sport
Rear suspension = 2B = dynamic
Rear anti-roll bar = X = 16 dia = Dynamic or Sport
