I'd be interested in any (from heresay to definitive!) info on this.
There is a well written thread from a sufferer on Honest John stating that the initial D4 190s were just as badly affected but it's been rectified in cars built since May 2016.
I'll be speaking to the service department at my dealer next month when i take in my D2 V40 for views on this - will post anything interesting.
Such a shame - D4 181s and early 190s are so plentiful and cheap, I would most certainly be in one now if it wasn't for this issue.
