After owning 3 Volvo estates as company cars, many years later I have just purchased a 06 V70 2.4 manual , and I would like to get a service done reasonably locally at an independent , London main dealers charge eye-watering prices.
On the list of non-franchised garages is Delacourt Motors in Blackheath who are within walking distance, but they are a small generalist operating from very small premises, and would hesitate to go there unless I was really sure they would do a good job.
I looked at Swedish Motor Services in East London, and although a specialist in Volvo and Saab, they are a one person band in even smaller premises.
