Have you checked the metal tyre rubbing plate inside the front of the nearside wheel arch?
Mine rubs here at or near full right lock but only with some tyres.
Have you checked the plastic bits on the lock limiters. They wear or fall off and can let one side rub and not the other. The limiters can be taken off and swapped over for a second bite on the unworn part.
