No worries. I think you might be getting confused with what gearbox is fitted to what car. My signature is correct, I have a 1999 V70 TDi auto but this is fitted with the 4 speed box and so takes the fluid I have used. There are also V70's fitted with the 5 speed box, it's just a case or checking what gearbox you have before you go out to buy the fluid.
Completely agree that if you used this fluid in a 5 speed box you would be doing damage.
