I can say that you will gain nothing with removing the cat over fitting a Ferrita nominal 3" pipe with a high quality Kemira cat....you will occasionaly get engine check lights up with no cat.

You will get very, very close to a 19T output with an 18T which will fit to a 16T standard d'pipe, additionally just a small amount of work by a proper turbo specialist on an 18T will exceed the 19T's capabilities. The Garrett hybrid also fits your d'pipe.

My price for the Ferrita d'pipe is £580 plus VAT for whichever turbo. Volvo dealers are usually your best bet for a new for old turbo.
