The Shell is decent stuff, I have it in my V70 and while it is decent stuff, some people want/need the very best and that is where oils like the Millers, Fuchs Pro S, Motul 300V, Red Line and Gulf Competition.
As for adding the Liqui Moly Ceratec, I don't know how good an idea that is. When Millers were originally developing the Nanodrive, they found that the Nanodrive additives did not get on with one of the esters in their own CFS, so rather than just adding the Nanodrive to the CFS to make CFS Nanodrive, they had to reformulate the CFS to mix it with the Nanodrive additives.
That is one of the reasons I don't like additives, you never know how they are going to react with the oil that you add them to.
