If they just need painted, it is really simple, but time consuming.

Just give them a really good clean, getting any tar spots off and any tarnishing from the brake dust.

Key the paint with some pre-soaked P800 wet or dry paper, wash again and thoroughly dry.

I would wipe them over with a paint prep wipe after that.

Prime the wheels first and once that has dried, as per manufacturer's instructions, give them 2 - 3 light layers of colour coat.

Leave to harden for a couple of days, rub 'lightly' with wet or dry P1500 (wet) to key for lacquer. Same process as per the colour coat.

Stand back and admire.
