I managed to get some from a fellow VOC Forum member, and these are fitted and working beautifully. The old ones were knackered, and although they would hold the bonnet up on a still warm day, when the temperature dipped or there was any sort of a breeze a broom handle came in handy!
I've fitted new boot lid gas springs too, although these were easy to source on E-Bay.
