Replace all coil springs
We have a 2009 V50 DRIVe that I have discovered has a broken coil spring at both the OSF and OSR corner. As a result I'm likely going to replace all 4 springs due to age and for peace of mind.
It's always bugged me that the car is lowered and that with a full load the back end is on the ground so I'm considering opting for Heavy Duty rear springs and standard fronts, probably Sachs ones from Eurocarparts. I can get the 4 springs for £230 from ECP. Is there any reason that this isn't a good idea? As far as I'm aware it should be fine as long as I get a full suspension and wheel geometry check done afterwards.
