Not sure this is the right forum section, but as above, if the aux belt looks decent at 70000 miles, I wouldn't worry about it.
However, this being a 20 years old car, the timing belt is long overdue age wise (not miles). It must have got very stiff by now, plastic like.
Only replace with Continental or Volvo kits, and the water pump needs not be touched at this moment.
