re Dynamat, I used it on my floors to go under the fitted mats after I had new floor panels welded in, to good effect. However, be sure to check if heat resistant, being that close to hot machinery.
Also degrease thoroughly before sticking in place, as if not the matting may become loose and drop onto moving bits - nasty!
