Could this be as simple as a dirty MAF? It looks like the readings are too low compared to the desired value.

I don't have a MAF cleaner, but i have cleaning ethanol that I use at work to clean fibre optic cables. I think it can compare to rubbing alcohol.
It contains:
Ethanol (90-100%)
Methyl isobutyl ketone (MIBK) (1-5%)
Butanone (0,1-1%)

Ingredients of CRC MAF cleaner:
methylpentane
naphtha (petroleum), hydrotreatedlight
2,2,4-trimethylpentane5
carbon dioxide
n-hexane
n-pentane
2,2-dimethylbutane
2,3-dimethylbutane
3-methylpentane
methanol
