I don't have an S60, but...

If there was a genuine Air Bag system fault I would expect a very prominent light and message on the dash, not above your head. Also, can't see how a yaw sensor could affect only passenger air bag.


Are you sure the passenger Air Bag has not been turned off manually? There is likely a key operated switch to allow it to be turned off (so a child seat can be fitted in the front). On my XC60 the switch is on left side of dash - can be seen when the passenger door is opened.
