From Haynes; Heater blower motor resistor removal.
Remove glovebox compartment[no need to remove glovebox lid to do this]disconnect wiring connector,undo screw and remove resistor from alongside heater blower motor housing.Refitting is of course reversal of removal.If your car has ECC you might be able to check for any fault codes before removing/replacing any parts.
