Yes about 2 weeks ago for the first time in messing with cars for 15 years I managed to blow the cap of a Brake Reservoir whilst pushing pistons back in. Luckily the exploding brake fluid didnt go very far.

I was rushing to get the job done and completley forgot to remove the cap and take some excess fluid out. Ussually I crack a bleed nipple open and let the fluid out this way but the bleed nipples had been rounded off by a previous mechanic.
