You can run Vida natively on Windows 10 but the process is neither quick or easy and I can offer no instructions or support for that route.
You can't run Vida natively on IOS.
If you have IOS or any Windows environment other than 7 Professional, 7 Ultimate or 7 Enterprise, your best route is to create a virtual machine and run Vida within that.
